We use your information to respond to your enquiry, produce your estimate, and provide the services you ask for. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example email, hosting and estimating providers — and where we are required to by law. Any providers act on our instructions as processors.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
